Staff were incredible, could never do enough for you. Very big hotel for number of guests, pool options, large beach. The Buffett half board was fantastic, we liked Rotisserie.

The property was just as beautiful as the photos—absolutely stunning. From the meticulously maintained gardens to the sparkling clean pools and elegant design, every detail created a luxurious and peaceful atmosphere. Our stay started on a high note with a warm welcome and the charming tradition of ringing the bell. What stood out most was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was consistently friendly, cheerful, and genuinely eager to help, reflecting the hotel’s strong commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, our stay at One&Only Royal Mirage was truly memorable. With its breathtaking setting, outstanding staff, and refined ambience, it offered an unforgettable experience. With a few small improvements, it could easily be a perfect 10. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to others.

excellent breakfast excellent clean spacious beautifully appointment arabian court room staff from cleaners to concierge were incredibly polite and willing to help no matter what very high levels of service it what makes this hotel stand out location excellent as on jumeirah beach not keen to be on Palm itself as we wanted to do trips into the city and noting other reviews it takes time to travel up and down the Palm Also at the time I visited they gave a free daily pass to the Atlantis Aquaventure. We only used once given the extreme heat but it was still a nice added bonus.

The setting is breathtaking, with lush gardens, elegant architecture, and an undeniable sense of tranquility that’s hard to find elsewhere. What really stood out was the food. Every meal was a culinary delight, prepared with a visible love for detail. Whether it was breakfast, a casual lunch, or a more formal dinner, everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully presented. Dining here was not just eating—it was an experience in itself. This was the first time we left a hotel in Dubai thinking: “we need to come back here.” Without a doubt, we’ll be booking again.
